Run Summary:

Started off about 8 minutes per mile and probably evened out a little faster than that. Shoes were still wet from yesterday's rain run and I've got a blister on my left big toe to prove it. Pace was very slow and easy and could have gone on forever but I forced myself to keep the 8 minute pace to help flush the legs from yesterday's 60 minutes. Probably hit just over 5.5 miles.
I ended up stretching for about 15 minutes after the run and took a few Advil for good measure.
