Week 1 of 24 - Training Summary

The first week started off slower than I would have liked. I was able to work through Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday without a problem but Saturday morning showers held up my long run and in the end I skipped it all together. I did not run on Monday either. Next week should be better as the plan has me running 2 hard workouts and a few easy runs in between.

Rest Day (Did not have this current run plan yet)

Tuesday
30 Minute Run (Got new Training Plan after that run)

Wednesday
45 Minutes at a slow pace

Thursday
45 Minutes at slow pace

Friday
Rest Day

Saturday
Rain. Skipped my long run. Should be the last time that happens.
