Monday's Mundane Melancholy

So, today was not much different than yesterday. The brain was still swimming a bit with episodes of sometimes good, sometimes not so good feelings in the gut. By mid-day I had vowed to never have another session like the one I had on Saturday. I am completely useless and don't think I will get a run in until at least tomorrow morning. Certainly not tonight.
