Sun-Day of Rest

Last night was a complete departure from anything remotely associated with running. I had anticipated a fun filled night with Jordan and our friends Jeff and Helena, but what I didn't expect was a 4am late night party that seemed to end too soon.

Needless to say I was pretty worthless on Sunday. In fact, I spent most of the day in an out of bed trying to catch up on sleep. I have one month before I move to Atlanta and I have the full intention of jump starting my running so that I am prepared for 14 milers and maybe some speed work by the time I get there.
