Three in a row!

Another great run tonight after work. Jordan was able to help me out and pick up my cleaning so I could get my run in! She is awesome!

My pace felt sluggish at first but evened out as the run got past the first mile. My pace was about 7 per mile but I am still not wearing a watch so that is up for debate.
