Yesterday was a good run so I thought I would pick it up for another 4. Average 7 minute pace. I started my first mile around 8 minutes so I figure the last 3 miles were sub 7. Legs felt strong and my turn over rate was pretty fluid.
The green trees here are amazing and the hills are a lot of fun on the legs. I'm looking forward to watching the seasons change and keeping up my runs. That might possibly be one of the only ways to keep me coming out... something new to see each time out.
