So, back on the road and trying to keep up with my runs. The 4 mile loop felt great. I started running through the woods and hit the concrete track just a few minutes later. My pace felt good and the weather could not have been better.
Finished up with my 10x10 post workout super-set of Push-Ups and Crunches. The goal will be to get to 10x20 and then 10x30 and so on. It is a good feeling, but will wipe you out after a good run.
