First off... I have not been paid or given anything free from PacificHealth Labs for blogging about Endurox R4. I just like the stuff.
I posted a couple days back about a supplement I am using, Endurox R4. This is not a new miracle recovery drink, nor is it a hidden secret of a select few Russian athletes from during the cold war era who were able to rock it during the Olympics. No, its just a well thought out formula of carbs to proteins that I think have actually helped out my recovery.
Running long is something I enjoy, but since I have moved to Atlanta the hills of Georgia have given my legs a good thrashing. Because of this, I wanted to find something I could take on a regular basis besides Advil or ice bath. So, I have been using Endurox R4 for a few weeks now after EVERY run and I actually feel like I am coming back strong.
So, if there is anyone out there interested in giving a recovery drink a shot... try out Endurox R4. I have the Tangy Orange flavor and mix it with water and ice to recover while stretching. I think it works, or at least I have done a good job convincing myself that it works. Either way, I'm feeling good.

Thanks for the heads up on this drink. I have a few friends who use it, I just never gave it much thought because they use EVERYTHING. Good to hear a fellow "middle of the pack" runner has found a recovery drink that actually works. I'm in.
