Today was a good day to take it easy. The hamstring issue was still lingering so I thought I would take it slow. It was a good run and I was able to use the massage stick after the run with a little stretching. I felt strong and a bit more flexible afterwards.
Good run. The next two days I will take off to give the hamstring a bit more rest. Pick up the miles on Thursday and then long run on Saturday. That is the plan. Here is how today looked:
