Rest Day - Bike Cross Training

Today I felt a little bit tight in my right hamstring so I woke up and spun my legs on the bike. I took it for about 12 miles and hardly broke a sweat. However, I was able to loosen up my leg and stretch it. Felt good but got tight again as the day went on. I will keep an eye on this over the next few days as I pick up the mileage.
