Thursday: More Rest
Today's run got put on the back burner. Needed one more day of rest before getting back in to the serious focus that I am going to need over the next few weeks. Had a glass of wine with dinner and got to bed early. Planning on hitting my 8 mile long run on Saturday early in the morning so I can get out there before the heat of the day.
