I have made the decision to take today and tomorrow off from my previously scheduled 4 mile runs. It has been a while since I last raced and I want to make sure I have fresh legs on Saturday.
Instead of running I will hang out at the house and relax a bit. Work has been crazy lately so this brief departure from stressing my legs out on the hills will be nice.
