I wanted to try and get a few more miles in today but kept it at 6 instead of the 9 I had planned. I have been feeling a little tight in the IT Band area and the knees are starting to speak up more often. I am planning on taking the mileage down or even taking a week or two off to get some recovery going. Need some serious recovery!
