First day of October and the weather is beginning to cool. The trail is getting darker sooner and I am looking forward to the daylight savings time change! Today I got out on the trail and took those 4 miles at a pretty easy pace. I am going to try and keep the paces at or around 7:30 to 8:00 I will be slowing it down to try and get some active recovery going on.
