5 Runs in a Week
It has been a long time since I have put in 5 runs in one week. Those weeks I am usually up early, asleep early, and very active throughout the day. I am planning to get back there. I really am. There have been subtle set backs like some strange soreness in my knees, but I am thinking now that it is more psychological than anything. Must break this cycle.
