There are a few great races going on around Atlanta during Thanksgiving from Turkey Trots to Marathons. This is the time of year I love most because the weather is cold and the runs are long. However, unlike previous years I will be sitting in the house watching a turkey bake and gravy thicken.
Sounds like fun, I know, and I'm sure I will read this some time next year when I look back at my lack of motivation wondering where it came from. There must be motivation looming out there. I hope to find it soon because the new year is coming around and another few months without running will drive me mad.
"Jogging is very beneficial. It's good for your legs and your feet. It's also very good for the ground. It makes it feel needed."
