But I knew you foot was bothering you.&lt;br /&gt;When I was injuried with a stress fracture, I had to take 3months off. At which point, I had lost all my fitness. It took me 4 full weeks to get back. But by the end of that 5th week, I raced a 5k and was back to a solid fitness level.  So take your time and ease back into it. And you will be fine.&lt;br /&gt;Good luck.
